If you have any questions, concerns or issues with your purchased from Pallet Wholefoods, please let us know as soon as possible. Our friendly staff will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products or simply answer your question.
In the event that you have received incorrect or faulty items and it is a result of our error, please contact us at hello@palletwholefoods.com.au within 14 days of your purchase. We will endeavour to get back to yu within 48 hours. Disputes after this time will not be accepted.

Replacements, credits or refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Replacements will be issued for the same product only. We do not exchange for a different product.
In the event of a refund we may deduct the initial shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are for the same item only.
